1. Copy of photo IDs & Social Security Card
2. 5-years of verified rental history (must provide proof of rental history in the last 5 years)
3. No evictions in the past 5 years
4. No violent criminal felonies
5. Co-signers: monthly earnings of 5 times the amount of rent (before tax income)
6. Application fees must be paid online, money order, or cashier's check. (Make the money order/ cashier check payable to POWERS INVESTMENTS LLC. (We do not accept blank money orders)
7. MUST have an up-to-date, non-expired Section 8 Voucher
